OUR ADVICE SERVICE
Our trained volunteers cover a number of topics such as benefit entitlement, DLA and PIP applications, Universal Credit, employment rights, consumer rights and many more through our scheduled appointments.
We also have specialist caseworkers who help clients with debt problems on a longer term basis.
We are a member of Advice UK and between April 2019 – March 20 our volunteer advisors conducted 5,600 consultations with clients. In January 2021 we saw a 15% increase on demand compared to pre-pandemic January 2020.
