CORONAVIRUS/COVID-19

Whilst our drop-in advice sessions have been temporarily suspended, we are still here providing support. Help will be primarily offered by phone and email.

Our Transport service is still available, Covid19 procedures remain in place enabling our volunteer drivers to take clients to medical appointments and day care centres.

Our Good Neighbour scheme is also running, though mostly via phone calls.

We are now able to offer some pre-booked face to face appointments.
We have Covid19 processes and procedures in place and the office is sanitised daily with a Smartmister system.

Transport

We have a number of volunteer drivers available for essential drives such as medical care and prescriptions. Please contact us and we will try to help with transport. If we are not able to assist, we will try to find an alternative option through our network of contacts.

Thanks to the wonderful support of our volunteer drivers, we are able to take people to their Covid19 vaccination appointments, including at short notice and if the appointment falls on a Saturday or Sunday.

We are sorry for any inconvenience but these times require extreme measures, that we have not taken lightly, to keep clients and volunteers as safe as we can.
