Our free independent advice services cover a wide range of topics, including debt management, benefit entitlements, employment rights, consumer rights and many more. Our volunteer drivers in our Transport Scheme take our clients to medical appointments etc. Our volunteers befriend those lonely and isolated in our community under our Good Neighbour Scheme.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPORT FUND (HSF)

This fund is money from the Department for Work & Pensions, Oxfordshire County Council & Vale of White Horse district Council, to help households with the current cost of living crisis, who reside in the Vale of White Horse.

Transport

Do you need a lift?
We may be able to help. We operate a volunteer transport scheme from Monday to Friday, covering Wantage, Faringdon, Watchfield, Shrivenham and outlying villages. We drive clients to Day Centres, surgeries, hospitals and more as lockdown restrictions lift.

Our trained volunteers cover a number of topics such as benefit entitlement, DLA and PIP applications, Universal Credit, employment rights, consumer rights and many more over the phone or via scheduled appointments.
