Celebrating Our Amazing Volunteers at Calber!
We are thrilled to celebrate the incredible Calber team generously volunteering their time to support the VCI pop-up cafes. They dedicate a few hours each month to transport Vale residents to our pop-up cafes. Their kindness significantly impacts everyone, ensuring they can socialise and enjoy a warm cup of coffee and a slice of cake.
About Calber:
Calber Facilities Management is a privately owned, family-managed company based in Wantage, Oxfordshire. It offers a complete solution for caring for your working environment, including cleaning services, property maintenance, landscape maintenance, and more. Its commitment to community support is evident through its volunteer efforts with VCI.
About VCI Pop-up Cafes:
Our Good Neighbour Pop-up Cafes are free events held in various locations across the Vale, including East Challow, Ardington, Faringdon and Cumnor. These cafes provide a welcoming environment where residents can enjoy a hot or cold drink, a delicious sweet treat, and the opportunity to make new friends. The cafes aim to relieve loneliness and isolation by bringing people together in a friendly and relaxed setting.
